About us

Jane - Managing Director.  Jane has over 30 years experience working in a wide variety of roles within both private and public sectors.  She has worked in the Health Service, the Civil Service and within private companies working primarily in the defence industry. She has undertaken managerial, secretarial and administrative roles. Jane has many years of experience in the defence and security industry requiring a high degree of confidentiality, liaising with people at all levels and with HMG departments, she has undertaken specific training associated with her roles in this sector.

Kirstie - Administration Manager.  Kirstie began her career working as a GP Receptionist while attending evening classes to qualify as a Medical Secretary and Practice Manager.  Since then she has worked in a variety of secretarial and management roles within the NHS, Private Medicine and the Police Force.  All the roles involved working closely with senior practitioners and managers and required a high degree of confidentiality. 

Kirstie regularly uses Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Sage as well as managing a number of databases for clients, and undertaking invoicing, book keeping and credit control functions.

Kirstie enjoys taking minutes for a variety of different types of meeting, from board meetings to clubs and associations, and is happy to travel to your venue (including evenings and weekends by arrangement)

Both Jane and Kirstie have worked mainly in environments requiring a high level of confidentiality -  this is still a byword for what they do today so you can be certain your data will be kept safe and secure.


Diane Bullman - Administrative Assistant.  Diane has over 25 years’ experience in customer service, marketing and administration within the retail, production and recruitments industries. She has a proven ability to have a positive impact on customer satisfaction. An excellent communicator and productive team member.

Peter Skipper - IT Support.  Peter has over twenty-five years’ experience covering all aspects of software development from project management and system design, through development to integration and acceptance testing. Much of this experience has been gained working on projects for MoD and DERA and  at the UK Meteorological Office and EUROCONTROL.
