Our basic hourly rate normally starts at £25 per hour.  Invoicing is rounded to the nearest 15 minutes and we will only charge you for time we actually spend working on your project (eg we won't charge you for tea breaks).  We will charge for basic travel expenses for work undertaken outside of our local area. 


Are there any additional hidden costs?

There are no 'hidden' costs.  We may have to charge for additional costs we incur, for example if you ask us to print multiple copies of a document, but this will always be discussed with you first.


Telephone Answering and Messaging Service fees

Divert your calls to our dedicated telephone which we answer on your behalf in your company name.  Messages will be forwarded to you in your preferred format e.g. text, email - individually or in bulk - in a timely fashion. In order for calls to be answered in a sensible and professional manner we ask that clients provide some background information about their business.   There is no set up fee and we do not charge for any nuisance calls received.

Permanent or overflow service - £30 per month - 30 free calls per month - calls charged at 90 pence thereafter.

Temporary service -  holiday cover or short term service - £10 per week - calls charged at 55 pence.
